Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CoachAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

CoachAI is a team management platform designed for youth sports coaches. Our services include:

• Team roster management and player profiles
• Live game substitution tracking with fair play time monitoring
• Practice planning and drill library
• Schedule management and team communication
• AI-powered coaching insights and recommendations

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Age Requirements and Children's Privacy (COPPA)

CoachAI is designed for use by adults (coaches, parents, and guardians) to manage youth sports teams. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Children Under 13: CoachAI does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All player information for minors must be entered and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized coach. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Parental Consent: Coaches and team administrators who add player information for minors represent and warrant that they have obtained verifiable parental consent before entering any child's personal information into the platform. This includes names, jersey numbers, medical information, emergency contacts, and any other identifying data.

Parental Rights: Parents or guardians may at any time review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting the team coach or reaching out to us at privacy@putmein.co.

• Only adults (18+) may create accounts on CoachAI
• Player profiles for minors are managed exclusively by authorized adults
• We do not use children's data for advertising or marketing purposes
• Medical notes and emergency contacts are restricted to coaches and the child's parent/guardian

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to CoachAI (team data, player information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any player or team information, including obtaining appropriate consent from players or their guardians.

Intellectual Property

The CoachAI service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CoachAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SMS Program Terms

Program. Coach AI SMS Notifications is an optional text messaging program, operated by Jason Stoudt d/b/a Coach AI (putmein.co), that sends game reminders, lineup notifications, and team alerts to coaches and parents.

Enrollment and consent. Enrollment is opt-in only: you provide your name, email, and mobile number and check an unchecked consent checkbox before any message is sent. Enrolling in SMS notifications is optional and is not a condition of creating or using a Coach AI account — the SMS signup form is separate from Coach AI account registration.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your team's schedule and activity; typically one message per game, lineup change, or team announcement.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Coach AI does not charge for SMS notifications.

Help and cancellation. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP we send a single confirmation and then stop sending messages to that number.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
